Marker trait for endpoint handlers, which CCF may re-execute.
Handlers may run concurrently, and CCF may discard a transaction and
re-execute its handler after a conflict. The transaction’s KV changes and
response are discarded, so any other side effects must be safe to repeat.
This trait is implemented for all Send + Sync types, so the compiler
cannot check this.
